Amanda Lang Public Talk & Book Signing Event
The Guelph Gryphons Football team partnered with the University's College of Business and Economics, as well as The Angel Gabriel Foundation to present the Amanda Lang Public Talk and Book Signing Event. This event featured best selling author of The Power of Why and The Beauty of Discomfort, Amanda Lang. The day included talks in selected business classes, a dinner with faculty, students, coaches and players, and then the public talk and the book signing. A student who demonstrated resilience and preserverance in overcoming adversity won the Amanda Lang Resilience Award of $5000.
